A brand name designed to scale – with no boundaries
A successful e-commerce business operating across Europe
The brand Jíme zdravě ("Healthy Eating") was active across 11 European markets, operating under different names. This made both business and marketing unnecessarily complicated. At the same time, the company was expanding into new segments – dietary supplements and cosmetics – where the original name no longer made sense. The client had previously worked with a naming specialist, who delivered over a hundred ideas. None of them, however, resonated with the internal team.
Naming rooted in brand strategy
We went back to the beginning and worked with the client’s team to define the brand’s positioning, purpose, and key criteria for the new name. From there, we kicked off the naming process – aiming for something internationally understandable, legally protectable, and available as a web domain across key markets. After a month of creative development and careful selection, we arrived at a final shortlist of five names.
A name the brand can grow into
From the final shortlist, the client chose the name Mandimu – a word that evokes physical refreshment and mental calm. This new name opens up space for unlimited growth, both at home and abroad.
