To provide our services and operate the website www.mezonit.com, we process certain personal data.

a) Processing of Data When Using the Contact Form or Inquiry via Email
If you inquire about our services, we will process the contact details you provide. These include your name, surname, email, phone number, your requests or questions, and any additional information you include in your inquiry.

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – negotiation and performance of a contract.

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will retain your data for a maximum of 12 months from our last communication.
b) Processing of Personal Data in Case of Contractual Cooperation
If you decide to work with us, we will process the data you provide in your order or cooperation agreement. This primarily includes billing details: name, surname, address, email, phone number, information related to the ordered services, or any other details you provide for service delivery.
Why do we process this data?
We need to process your personal data to fulfill our contract—delivering the agreed products and services.
We will also use your contact details to communicate with you.
Additionally, we process personal data to comply with legal obligations (primarily for accounting and tax purposes, as well as for handling complaints or other legal matters).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – contract fulfillment, and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with legal obligations.

For the duration of the service and for 10 years after the last service was provided or the product was delivered.
c) Telephone Contact
If you are our client or collaborator and have not opted out, we may contact you by phone to verify your satisfaction with our services or to offer additional services.

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – processing based on legitimate interest.
How long do we retain your personal data?
For the duration of our collaboration and for up to 10 years after the last service was provided. You can object to this processing of personal data at any time.
d) Newsletters
If you subscribe to our newsletter or are our client or collaborator and have not opted out, we may use your email address to send our newsletter.
On what legal basis?
If you subscribe to the newsletter, processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
If you are a client, we are permitted to send newsletters under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on Certain Information Society Services, unless you have opted out.
Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
How long do we retain your personal data?
For 10 years after consent is given or after the last service provided. You can unsubscribe at any time via email or contact us at produkci@mezonit.com.
e) If You Apply for a Recruitment Process
If you apply for a job opening or send us a job inquiry, we process the personal data included in your CV and, if applicable, your cover letter.
Why do we process this data?
We need to process this personal data to assess the suitability of candidates for the given position.

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – negotiation and performance of a contract.
How long do we retain your personal data?
Until the end of the recruitment process. If we wish to keep your CV beyond that, we will do so only with your explicit consent, which we will contact you about if necessary.

We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling in our processing of personal data.
