OUR MISSION
The Orea hotel chain, which includes 18 accommodation facilities across the Czech Republic, has decided to open a restaurant in the centre of the capital city, which would become its showcase. The central marketing team did not have the necessary capacity and experience to create and market a niche brand, so they entrusted the task to us.
BASELINE
Sensa Fine Food Bistro, a restaurant in the centre of Prague run by chef Zdeněk Křížek, an expert in Asian cuisine. He worked in the Mandarin Oriental and learned from Michelin chefs in London, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Japan.
