THE BRAND
Grandhotel Pupp is one of the oldest grand hotels in Europe. It is located in the spa town of Karlovy Vary and its history dates back to 1701. During its existence, it hosted the greatest European thinkers, artists and politicians.
BASELINE
After years of decline, the hotel was bought by an investor who brought in new management. We started working together at a time when a new business and brand strategy was being created. Pupp was undergoing a visual identity change. Most of the changes took place during the Covid pandemic.
OUR MISSION
Implementation of a new visual identity / Creation of a navigation system / Defining binding branding rules for commercial units on the hotel's ground floor / Setting the brand tone of voice / Creating a spa brand concept / Setting the customer experience while interacting with the reception.
To sensitively build on the brand's legacy and interpret it engagingly for today's audience.
